Hi and welcome.

This is a blog based on information passed down to us from our parents and grand parents.

Some of it may have been proven to not be accurate, but in the long run if you listen to the warning of the drugs that are offered today you might feel better using the old methods.

Betty has gathered a lot of information over the years and would like to pass it on to you.

Drinking lots of liquids and using the borhtoam when you need to (don’t hold it in). Cranberries have been shown to keep bacteria off the walls of the urinary tract so you really should get cranberries. If you don’t like the taste, you can take cranberry pills, found in your local pharmacy. If you develop a fever or cranberry works, you need to see a doctor.
